BJJ Gi French Foreign Legion

This collaboration wasn’t designed for the “special edition” effect. It was designed for real use: a durable gi, and an initiative that supports FELE – Foyer d’Entraide de la Légion étrangère (a portion of the profits goes to them).

From a technical standpoint, the base is clear and deliberate. The jacket is 450g Pearl Weave: dense enough to handle grips and long sessions, while staying a solid balance for movement. The ripstop pants bring reliable resistance where it pulls and rubs the most, with a more responsive feel when you’re moving.

The design follows the same logic: the gi is pre-shrunk / anti-shrink, with reinforced knees and collar, and reinforced stitching (triple-stitch style) to handle consistent training, week after week. The collaboration’s identity comes through specific patches / embroidery: clean, confident, and never overdone.

Important note: this gi is sold without a belt. You complete it with your own, depending on your rank and practice.

Is the gi sold with a belt?
No, belt not included.

Is it more for training or competition?
Both. The 450g jacket and ripstop pants make it solid for regular training, while staying clean for competition if you like this kind of weight.

Will the gi shrink in the wash?
It’s pre-shrunk / anti-shrink, but like any gi: wash gently (30°C max) and avoid the dryer to keep sizing as close as possible.

How does the collaboration show on the gi?
Through specific patches / embroidery, designed for a strong but controlled identity.
