The preparation and shipping process
After receipt of the order, the preparation time is 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
We ship throughout Europe as well as the rest of the world.
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday via our store located at 2389 route de Carpentras ZAC de la Marquette 84700 Sorgues (France).

Our carriers
We offer 2 service providers for shipping our packages across France and only 1 for the rest of the world from our warehouse.
For withdrawal:

-Chronopost for delivery in France

-DHL for delivery to some countries like UK USA and Canada.
Our pickup times are between 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., orders received before 11 a.m. are shipped the same day.
How to track your package
As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, we send an email confirming the shipment of the package.
To track an order, simply connect to the carrier's website to see the delivery of the package in real time.

The tracking number is available from your customer account:
1. Log in using your credentials.
2. Click on “My Orders” and select the relevant order.
3. Under the “Track my order step by step” table, click on the carrier link.
4. A new window opens with tracking your package, step by step.
RETURN & REFUND
Return times
In accordance with article L121-20-12 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of his order.
When the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public or non-working holiday, it is extended until the first following working day.
Items can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order using the form to download from our site by following this link:
Return conditions
For your request to be validated, the products must not be worn* but they must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and carefully folded (not in a ball).
If the return or exchange is due to an original defect in the item or any error on the part of the company or warehouse, the costs incurred for the return and reshipment will be our responsibility. .
*Items tried on to verify size are not considered worn but we reserve the right to refuse a return if it shows damage or for hygiene reasons.
*We consider a product worn, used, put in training and/or in the machine.
Possibilities for return:
-Refund
Concerning products purchased on sale or on promotions in our "good deals" section, they can be returned, but the return costs are your responsibility regardless of the amount of your order basket.
