The preparation and shipping process
After receipt of the order, the preparation time is 24 hours (excluding Weekends and public holidays).
We ship to all of Europe and the rest of the world.
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday via one of our 2 warehouses based in Melesse (France) for the majority of our shipments and in Malaga (Spain) for shipments to the Iberian Peninsula.

We offer 2 providers for the shipment of our packages worldwide from our warehouse in France.
-Chronopost for delivery in France
-Colissimo for delivery in France
-DPD for international delivery
Our pick-up hours are between 2.30 p.m. - 5.30 p.m., orders received before 12 p.m. are dispatched the same day.
(Shipments from our warehouse in Spain are via GLS and DHL).
How to track your package
As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, we send an email confirming the shipment of the package.
For tracking an order, simply log on to the carrier's site to see the delivery of the package in real time.

1.Log in using your credentials.
2.Click on "My orders" and select the relevant order.
3. Under the table "Follow my order step by step", click on the link of the carrier.
4.A new window opens with the tracking of your package, step by step.
RETURN & REFUND
In accordance with article L121-20-12 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of his order.
When the period of 14 days expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public or non-working day, it is extended until the next working day.

For your request to be validated, the products must not be worn * but they must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and carefully folded (not in a ball).
If the return or exchange is due to an original defect of the article or to any error on the part of the company or the warehouse, the costs incurred for the return and the new shipment will be at our expense .
* Items tried to check the size are not considered to be worn but we reserve the right to refuse a return if it is damaged or for hygienic reasons.
* We consider as worn, a product used, put into training and / or machine.
The possibilities for return:
-Concerning the products purchased on sale or in promotions in our "Good deals" section, they can be taken back, but the return costs are your responsibility regardless of the amount of your shopping cart.
